Terms of use
On all our services the terms & conditions of Wim Bosman Expeditie BV are applicable. For the Guaranteed Groupage service the following terms are additional applicable.

• Orders are only accepted after a written confirmation by the customer/shipper
• in the case that Wim Bosman does not deliver according to the Transit times, the freight charges are payable by Wim Bosman
• for dangerous goods (ADR) and/or IMDG classified trading goods other transit times can be applicable
• Guaranteed Groupage is only possible for properly packed goods in free traffic. In case of delays by customs the "no cure, no pay guarantee" is no longer applicable
• the Guaranteed Groupage service is no longer applicable in case of force majeur. This means all outside elements which Wim Bosman could not have prevented or avoided and therefore Wim Bosman is not to blame for. (example: extreme weather conditions like icing, lightning strike or severe storm
